Her work spans executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, team building, and guiding organizations through complex change.

Stephanie brings both academic and applied expertise to her work. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a Research Methods Certification from Saint Louis University and is a licensed psychologist in Missouri. Earlier in her career, she chaired the Organizational Studies Program at Saint Louis University, where she launched a master’s program in Leadership and Organizational Development and was recognized with a student-voted Teacher of the Year award. Her peer-reviewed research spans psychology, informatics, and medicine.

Outside of consulting, Stephanie is known for bringing people together, whether through community volunteering or hosting gatherings that create the kind of meaningful connections she values just as much in her work.
